Job Summary:

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production process for healthcare projects executed under the P3 procurement model.

You will work closely with the project design lead architect, interior designers, and the project manager to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in healthcare design, P3 procurement, and project management will contribute to the seamless collaboration and effective execution of our healthcare facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production process for healthcare design architecture projects executed under the P3 procurement model.
  • Collaborate closely with the project design lead architect, interior designers, and project manager to ensure alignment of design intent, project goals, and deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with the project design lead architect to translate design concepts into detailed and accurate design drawings.
  • Coordinate with the interior designers to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into the overall architectural design.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with the design and production process.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among the project design lead architect, interior designers, and the production team.
  • Review and provide feedback on design drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations, building codes, and design standards.
  • Facilitate regular design review meetings and provide technical guidance to the design team as needed.
  • Address design-related queries and concerns from the production team, project manager, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any design-related issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Support the project manager in evaluating design changes, value engineering options, and their impact on project timelines, costs, and quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of design-related decisions, revisions, and project-related communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare design architecture, preferably with exposure to projects executed under the P3 procurement model.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, building codes, and design standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with strict timelines and budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
