The Intermediate Architect will work closely with project team members, including Senior Architects, and will be responsible for leading the design and management of multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of architectural designs and plans
Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations
Collaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Participate in site visits and inspections
Review and evaluate building designs for compliance with codes, standards, and specifications
Manage project documentation and schedules
Mentor junior team members and oversee their work
Contribute to the development of presentations and proposals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Expert knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
